About
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment (preferably in drivetrain, automotive, or precision component manufacturing). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA), and industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is a plus). Proficiency in using measurement instruments (CMMs, micrometers, calipers, etc.) and interpreting technical drawings. Experience with ERP and QMS systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with gear manufacturing processes such as hobbing, grinding, and heat treatment. Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Certification in Quality (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) is an advantage.
