Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Audubon is seeking a motivated and results-driven early-career professional or recent graduate to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the water filtration industry. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales, business development, and client relationship management. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach through proposal development. This is a high-impact position with clear opportunities for growth within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate new leads
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and schedule meetings for yourself and sales team members
  • Track and manage leads, pipeline activity, and sales performance using spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • Assist in developing professional sales presentations and customized proposals based on client needs
  • Research target industries, companies, and market trends to uncover new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely, consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Consistently generating qualified meetings on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM data
  • Developing confidence and effectiveness in cold outreach within the first 6090 days
  • Progressing toward closing or full-cycle sales responsibilities over time

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging new prospects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking), PowerPoint (presentations), and basic CRM tools
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
