About
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) supports the Sales team by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective customers who may benefit from our solutions. This role focuses on learning our offerings, understanding customer needs, and creating qualified opportunities for the broader Sales organization.
This position reports to Sales leadership and works closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
Full-time W2 position, work core U.S. business hours in your time zone
Work from your home office

Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us
Travel is required for an all-company meeting, and may be required once or twice per year for team or project meetings

Research prospective organizations and individuals to understand their needs and relevance
Initiate outreach through email, phone, and professional networking platforms
Ask thoughtful questions to understand challenges and determine potential fit
Schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot (CRM)
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on messaging and targeting
Follow defined processes to ensure a consistent and positive prospect experience
Learn continuously through coaching, feedback, and training
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation
Comfort using data tools and AI-assisted research platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT/Claude) to identify and qualify prospects
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies that improve prospecting efficiency and personalization
Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and follow up consistently
Interest in sales, customer engagement, or business development
Ability to contribute meaningfully to a team environment
Experience using a CRM or sales engagement tools
Exposure to outbound communication, customer support, or related roles
