Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client coordination
Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details
Coordinate arrangements related to meetings, events, and travel logistics
Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows
Ensure a consistent, professional client experience
Qualifications
