Provides consultative technical leadership to the platform team.
Creates and maintains a detailed view of the existing architecture.

Manages and improves existing reporting systems.
Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision-making processes.
Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership.
Provides technical support and mentoring and training to less-senior analysts.
Develops methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects.
Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
Works closely with all Directorate Branches and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture. This position is for Monday through Friday, normal business hours. However, employee may be required to provide after-hours and weekend support during planned or emergency events. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: BA/BS.
Ten (10) or more years of experience.
DoD Secret clearance.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ITIL V4 Foundations certification.
3-5 years of experience for the ServiceNow platform, including various modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, WSD, and more.
Strong skill in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integration technologies, and database concepts.
Ability to manage multiple, high, & competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to communicate IT, networking, and security concepts to personnel at all levels of experience and responsibility.
Familiarity with network management, security, monitoring tools, and/or cloud technologies.
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide and manage team dynamics and decision-making processes effectively. Desired Qualifications: MA/MS.
DoD TS/SCI clearance.
Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or similar ServiceNow certification.
Micro-Certification - Agile and Test Management Implementation.
Agile Development 2.0 Simulator Micro Certification.
Experience with Agile software development tools to manage backlogs, sprints, and collaborative work. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
