About
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers' compensation matters
- Draft, revise, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage case files from inception through trial, including maintaining deadlines and court calendars
- Coordinate and assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records and billing
- Communicate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel
- 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida state court procedures and rules
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Paralegal certification is a plus

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
