Position OverviewJob Title: Teacher
Contract: Part-time, 15 hours per week (2 days), term time only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,590 pro rata
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Battle
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

As a teacher at ISP School, you will:
- Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens.
- Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children.
- Possess SEN experience, focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
- Have a strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, especially in Maths or English.
- Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective teaching practice.
- Understand therapeutic approaches to education and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
