The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially minded Global Mobility Manager to lead the evolution of our global mobility and cross‑border workforce strategy.
This is a high‑impact, strategic role—ideal for an experienced mobility professional who combines deep technical expertise (tax, compliance, reward) with the ability to partner senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
You will play a key role in shaping how Griffdon deploys talent globally—across traditional assignments, remote work, and emerging mobility models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Griffdon’s global mobility and cross‑border workforce strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across HR, Tax, Finance, and Operations
- Oversee complex international mobility cases, including executive relocations and multi‑country arrangements
- Provide strategic guidance on employment tax, social security, immigration, and compliance risks
- Design and evolve mobility, remote work, and business travel policies aligned to business needs
- Drive cost optimisation, governance, and risk management across global mobility programmes
- Lead vendor strategy and manage key external partners (tax advisors, relocation providers, immigration counsel)
- Leverage data and insights to inform decision‑making and enhance mobility outcomes
- Identify and implement technology solutions to support mobility tracking, compliance, and reporting
- Monitor global mobility trends and advise leadership on future workforce models
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in global mobility, employment tax, or global workforce advisory
- Strong expertise in international tax, mobility compliance, and reward structures
- Proven experience advising senior stakeholders in complex, multinational environments xcfaprz
- Commercially astute with the ability to align mobility strategy to business growth
- Experience managing global vendor ecosystems and multi‑country programmes
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Experience with mobility technology and data analytics (desirable)
- Professional qualifications in tax, HR, or related disciplines (e.g. ACA, CTA, MBA) advantageous
