About
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a specialty countertops retail and manufacturing location, while leading teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
- Pay Rate: $60,000-$75,000/year
- Location: Victoria, BC
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (typical business hours)
- Contract: Permanent

- Oversee daily operations of the countertops retail and manufacturing store
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely supply of materials and products
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to sales and warehouse teams
- Assist customers with product knowledge, including granite, quartz, wood, hardware, and accessories
- Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and staff scheduling
- Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and industry decision-makers
- Support overall store performance and operational efficiency
- Previous experience in retail management, building materials, construction products, or a related industry
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with contractors, builders, and industry professionals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift moderate weight as required
- Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
