Your mission:
You support the full spectrum of employee Life cycle activities and act as the Strategic HR Partner to the Operations Committee.
Your daily activities includes the following activities:
- Strategic HR Partnership
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Performance & Development
- Compliance & HR Operations
You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience in a Swiss manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
- Fluent in French & English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
