The Role

As a key member of the fund accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery to a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence across all outputs.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Overseeing the preparation and review of daily, weekly, and monthly fund valuations
  • Ensuring high‑quality service delivery in line with agreed client standards and deadlines
  • Leading and supporting a team to achieve consistent, efficient, and controlled outcomes
  • Reviewing complex transactions and applying technical expertise to resolve issues
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded
  • Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and risk indicators to maintain strong operational control
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Investor Relations, Depositary, IT, and other operational teams
  • Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting new client onboarding, product launches, and strategic initiatives
  • Contributing to projects focused on enhancing systems and operating models
  • Coaching and developing team members, with a strong focus on performance and succession planning

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong technical background combined with leadership capability and a proactive mindset.


You will ideally have:



  • 3–4 years’ experience in hedge fund accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
  • Solid knowledge of complex financial instruments, particularly OTC derivatives
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)
