In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders using an RF scanner and pick lists.
- Verify accuracy of picked items, including quantity and product codes.
- Stage picked items for the packing station.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing required PPE.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
- Awareness of safety procedures and the correct use of PPE.
