We are seeking an Event Set Up Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down event spaces, including commercial grade tents, furniture, staging, audiovisual equipment, and décor
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow detailed setup diagrams and event plans
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of event equipment
  • Collaborate with event coordinators, vendors, and clients to ensure everything meets expectations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure all safety and quality standards are met throughout the setup and teardown process

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event setup, hospitality, or facilities operations preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to (75) lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid driver’s license (if driving/transport is required)
