Role: Business & Data Analyst (quantitative and qualitative)

We're looking for a Business & Data Analyst to join Operations Systems Support team. This role combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, helping to drive smarter decisions across cross-functional programs. You'll support project execution, build dashboards, analyze operational trends, and ensure that insights are translated into action. Ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven operations environment and enjoys working across teams to improve systems and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as SQL, Google Sheets, and data visualization dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability in project/program support, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work across departments.
• Experience supporting analytical projects end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, Google Suite, and other process design/documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Background in operations or process improvement roles.
• Familiarity with vendor management or operational tooling support environments.
