We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations and requires speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will use scanning equipment to locate and pick items, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who can work effectively as part of a team and follow all operational guidelines. Responsibilities include accurately picking orders using RF scanners or pick sheets, verifying item numbers and quantities, carefully staging picked items for packing, assisting with inventory put-away, maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company Safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and performing other warehouse duties as assigned. This position requires regular Lifting and has a strong focus on Safety within our Logistics operations. Join us and contribute to a seamless order fulfillment process.
