About
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Valley View Post Acute is a 96 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in El Monte, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinic and inpatient settings, with expertise in orthopedics and home health care.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Conduct assessments to identify physical problems and set treatment goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and strength
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in orthopedics, hospital medicine, or home health is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate care
- Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans
Pay: $52.00 - $54.00 per hour
