Track and report on team metrics, including velocity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational readiness improvements.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years in leadership.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex technical projects successfully.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and observability practices.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM) and Policy as Code (OPA, Azure Policy).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-availability SaaS environments.
Familiarity with performance engineering, cost optimization, and FinOps practices.
Certifications in cloud technologies or leadership development.

Relativity is dedicated to maintaining a competitive, fair, and equitable compensation framework. This position offers a total compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $155,000 and $233,000. The final salary will depend on various factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity considerations. Hiring at the top of this range will be atypical to allow for future salary growth in the role.
