\*\*Job Summary:\*\*
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
- Educate patients and their families on at-home care techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
\*\*Experience:\*\*
- Experience in outpatient settings
- Proficiency in treating geriatric and orthopedic patients
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to guide treatment plans effectively
- Familiarity with home health medicine practices
- Ability to provide care in the home setting
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid AZ licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
\*\*Nice-to-Have Skills:\*\*
- Experience in orthopedics and geriatric physical therapy

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
