Establish a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development within your team.
Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years in software engineering or a PhD with 4 years, including hands-on technical management experience.
Demonstrated ability in recruiting, building, and leading successful engineering teams, along with managing performance.
Bachelor of Science or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in supporting, mentoring, and developing software engineers.
At least 2 years of experience managing a diverse engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in technical management of large-scale distributed systems.
Compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year plus bonuses, equity, and benefits. Industry:
