Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is central to our order processing and distribution system, involving picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. A commitment to safety is paramount; all associates must follow rigorous safety protocols and utilize the provided PPE. This position offers a stable work environment and the chance to grow within the dynamic field of logistics.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from inventory based on order details.
  • Inspect items for any defects or damage before packing.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring items are protected and arranged efficiently.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and logistics.
  • Wear all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves, as instructed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adhere to strict safety regulations and wear required PPE.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
