  • Requirements

    Deliverables Include:

  • Process Implementation: Support implementation of business processes and provide input to process improvements.
  • Operations Support: Coordinate client integration to ONE ID, with focus on client engagement, client support, and end-user authorization.
  • Project Support: Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives.
  • Documentation: Provide input to process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Operational responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ONE ID operational activities including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
  • Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
  • Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID initiatives.
  • Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Project Responsibilities:
  • Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives, including IAM activities and Business Acceptance Test (BAT) case execution.
