Qualifications :

· Must have familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
· Ability to work in a group or alone and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
· Basic understanding of meal preparation and food industry standards
Duties :
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations
