We are seeking a skilled 3D modeler to create a detailed Sketchup model of a house and its surrounding site based on provided PDF drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural modeling and be able to accurately translate 2D plans into a 3D representation, paying close attention to dimensions and aesthetics. Proficiency in Sketchup is essential. If you have a portfolio showcasing similar projects, we would love to see it.
Renderings are not required, only the model. I want candidates to review the drawings and give me a fixed fee price and estimated time of completion so I can decide who to proceed with.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: SketchUp, 3D Modeling, Architectural Design, Architectural Rendering, Visualization
