About
Responsibilities:
• Create video tutorials for our Help Center
• Respond to customer emails
• Test product updates and report feedback
• Support onboarding and troubleshooting
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to use time-tracking software
• Interest in the maritime industry is a plus
Immediate start preferred.
