Job Title: Border Protection Specialist

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to join the Customs and Border Protection team as a Border Protection Specialist.

• Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations by conducting inspections, reviewing documents, and interviewing individuals.


• Facilitate legitimate trade and travel while preventing illegal entry of individuals, goods, or contraband into the United States.


• Detect potential threats to national security through intelligence analysis, risk assessments, and interviews with suspects.
