A problem-solver and connector who bridges operations and maintenance, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
A leader who's ready to inspire, develop, and empower a team, while advancing performance in a facility that values safety, quality, and sustainability.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?

Develop and enhance a proactive, predictive maintenance strategy for automated equipment and production lines.
Improve uptime and process reliability through data-driven approaches, CMMS optimization, and root cause analysis.

Build a culture that encourages problem-solving and innovation on the shop floor.
- Keep Safety & Compliance Front and Center
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, FSSC, CFIA, and GMP standards.
Lead risk assessments, establish safe work procedures, and champion a safety-first culture.
Maintain audit-ready records and drive best practices in environmental stewardship, including wastewater management and chemical control.
- Drive Operational Uptime & Continuous Improvement
Improve planning and execution through smart inventory management and efficient use of resources.
Support capital and improvement projects, from equipment upgrades to system enhancements, with a focus on reliability and long-term value.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5–10 years in food manufacturing, with 3+ years in a maintenance or operations leadership role
- BA or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Red Seal Millwright or Electrician is a strong asset)
- Strong understanding of HACCP, FSSC, GMPs, and CFIA compliance
- Experience with CMMS, ERP, and tools for maintenance and production planning
- A leadership mindset focused on continuous improvement, team development, and safety excellence
READY TO MAKE YOUR MARK?
This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role where reliability, process improvement, and teamwork are the keys to success. If you're ready to bring your expertise and initiative to a high-performing dairy facility in Winnipeg, we'd love to hear from you.
