Secure National Borders Expert

This role involves enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel while preventing the illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods.

• Detecting suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws;


• Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing and exporting merchandise;


• Carrying out interviews with suspects in a law enforcement capacity;

The selected individual must have specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes these responsibilities.
