Customs Officer - Border Protection Job
About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Customs Officer to join our team. As a Customs Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
- Enforce customs laws by conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances;
- Determine the admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States;
- Prevent the illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods and the smuggling of illegal drugs and other contraband;
A minimum of three (3) years full-time general work experience or equivalent education is required.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent analytical skills,
a high level of integrity, flexibility in working environment conditions
maintaining proper boundaries when dealing with sensitive information;
demonstrate initiative responsibility compliance policies procedures.,
