About
• An executive financial dashboard (will be in PowerBi)
• A secure client portal (SharePoint)
This role is purely design-focused.
No development or Power BI/SharePoint build required at this stage.
We are looking for someone who can design clean, institutional, premium interfaces suitable for private markets / financial services.
Scope
You will be responsible for:
• Designing a dashboard landing page layout (executive style)
• Designing 2–3 supporting dashboard pages
• Designing a secure portal homepage
• Designing document library layout concepts
• Creating a cohesive visual design system
Deliverables can be:
• Figma files (preferred)
• Or high-resolution PDF / PNG mockups
At this stage we are focused on:
Layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, branding and overall aesthetic.
Additional Requirement
Please include:
• 2–3 proposed color scheme directions
• 2–3 font pairings suitable for institutional finance
• A simple brand style guide (colors, typography, spacing principles)
We want to explore multiple visual directions before selecting a final brand identity.
Design Direction
The platform should feel:
• Institutional
• Modern
• Minimal
• Structured
• Trustworthy
• Not "startup SaaS flashy"
Think:
Private equity / asset management / capital markets — premium but understated.
Requirements
• Strong UX/UI portfolio (financial dashboards preferred)
• Experience designing executive dashboards
• Experience designing secure client portals
• Strong understanding of typography and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create clean, structured layouts
Bonus:
• Experience designing for financial services
• Experience building design systems
Engagement
Initial engagement:
Design concept phase for 1 dashboard + 1 portal.
Real potential for long-term collaboration.
