Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store goods properly.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory (certification may be required or provided).
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all materials.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
  • Identify and report damaged goods or any operational issues to management.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
  • Follow all company guidelines for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 60 lbs regularly.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Must be willing to wear required PPE, such as steel-toed boots and safety vests.
