Are you a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business and growing key accounts? Do you want a role where you can genuinely influence and spearhead regional growth? Who you’ll be working for… Our client, a well-established HVAC service provider, is entering an exciting growth phase as part of their long-term expansion strategy. As they continue to build their presence across the UK, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across the North of England. Package & Benefits * Up to £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience) * Generous commission structure – realistic OTE up to £90k * Company car or car allowance * 26 days holiday + bank holidays * Company sick pay * Company pension scheme * Yearly appraisals and clear progression opportunities * Ongoing training & professional development support * Various medical benefits and health screening after 5 years’ service Key Responsibilities * Develop and deliver a regional sales plan aligned with business growth objectives * Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive long-term contract value * Identify and secure new maintenance, service, and installation opportunities * Monitor regional sales performance and report monthly against targets * Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for expansion * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction * Promote the business and increase market exposure across the Northern region What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management * Background within HVAC/Air Conditioning, or technical building services * Strong understanding of service contracts and client relationship management * Ability to track KPIs and drive performance improvements * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Commercial mindset with a proactive, growth-focused approach * Experience working with FM clients or service delivery teams is advantageous
