You will primarily handle customer requests through eDesk, maintain a clean workflow, and ensure professional, friendly, and efficient communication. Experience with e-commerce brands (beauty is a plus) is welcomed.
Qualifications
Experience in customer support or VA roles
Strong written English and professionalism
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Helpdesk experience (eDesk strongly preferred)
Proficient with Google Sheets
Reliable, consistent, and proactive

Deliverables
Manage all customer tickets via eDesk (inquiries, cancellations, returns, refunds, claims)
Organize templates, macros, and automations inside eDesk
Track orders for "lost" customers: provide tracking numbers, check tracking sites and local carriers
Maintain Google Sheets for order updates and cases
Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving
Ensure quick, accurate, and well-structured responses
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) efficiently without full dependence
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
