About
This role will focus on supporting Italian-speaking customers, while internal communication will be conducted in English. We are looking for a freelancer based in North or South America (preferred).

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in Italian
Communicate internally with the team in English
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Manage and track support tickets using Freshdesk
Collaborate with the team via Microsoft Teams
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:
Native or near-native fluency in Italian
Strong English communication skills
Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience
Experience using Freshdesk
Experience using Microsoft Teams
Based in North or South America (preferred)
Ability to work aligned with American time zones
Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting European customers
E-commerce or SaaS customer service background
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
