Job Description
- Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpret physical evidence to track illegal entry of persons or contraband, perform farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, transportation checks as well as patrol international boundaries with various government assets for USBP mission accomplishment.
