Key Responsibilities:
- Fighting Crime:
- Detain suspected violators of federal, state or local laws using proper law enforcement methods.
- Audit cargo/bags/merchandise for smuggling illegal drugs and other contraband.
- Maintaining Security:
- Safeguard American interests by deterring illicit activity at ports-of-entry.
