Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, design, operations, and infrastructure to craft innovative application experiences. Implement custom user interfaces with the latest programming techniques and technologies. Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance, providing constructive feedback during peer code reviews. Lead major initiatives by setting direction and goals for teams, offering technical guidance and mentorship, and assisting in the onboarding of new team members. Architect efficient and scalable systems that support complex applications. Identify and mitigate performance and scalability issues, leading substantial efforts to minimize technical debt. Work with diverse coding languages and technologies. Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language, or 4+ years with a PhD. Proven experience in driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects. Strong ability to utilize data and analysis for explaining technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Knowledge of natural language processing techniques, including text preprocessing, tokenization, and sentiment analysis. Familiarity with information retrieval concepts, such as indexing, querying, and ranking. Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, including graph theory and optimization techniques. Compensation: Salary ranges from $88.46/hour to $257,000/year, including bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
