This position offers a total compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $155,000 and $233,000. Final offered salary will consider several factors, including depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the higher end of the range is not typical, allowing for meaningful salary growth within this position.
