Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client requirements while ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or policy changes
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance and benefits administration policies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and build rapport with clients
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions
  • Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to conduct marketing activities and telemarketing campaigns effectively
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration practices is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $78, $94,863.11 per year
