Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Duties

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Front desk & communication tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, checking faxes, and managing the HR mailbox with candidate follow-ups.
  • Administrative support such as filing, scheduling interviews, processing client orders, and completing errands as needed.
  • Accounting and financial tasks, including reviewing AR and open/pending invoices (collections), sending AR reports to D/A/T, invoicing clients semi-monthly, reconciling COGS on agreements (weekly/monthly vendor audits), and processing payments for contractors.
  • Internal operations support, including updating after-hours tech assignments, managing Glassdoor reviews, and maintaining PTO, sick, holiday, and timesheet records.

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
