Role Overview: Sales Representative

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product/service demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communication in the CRM.
  • Partner closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor insights to strengthen positioning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience; proven ability to build rapport and close business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
