Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse inventory accurately.
- Utilize handheld scanners and pick sheets to guide picking activities.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to a supervisor.
- Follow all instructions to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to handle regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy logistics environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
