Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of daily assistance. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, and showering

- Provide compassionate and respectful care tailored to each individual's needs

- Support clients with mobility and positioning to promote comfort and safety

- Maintain a clean and safe environment during care activities

- Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel

- Follow care plans and adhere to safety and hygiene standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy

- Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform caregiving tasks

- Knowledge of proper hygiene and safety protocols

- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
