Join our vibrant team in Washington, D.C. as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders in our fast-paced distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves and carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Package items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Logistics and order fulfillment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements: You are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and closed-toe shoes. The role involves regular Lifting of items.
