Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rugby for a Wedding (Event Sales) Coordinator. The role involves managing client inquiries, designing and organizing bespoke wedding packages, and collaborating with clients to ensure their events run smoothly. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients to meet their expectations. The coordinator will also be responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and effective follow-ups.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build client relationships and effectively address inquiries
Experience in Event Planning and Event Management to design and execute weddings and events efficiently
Sales skills and the ability to meet targets through strategic client engagement
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously
Proficiency with relevant software tools and administrative skills for managing bookings and event logistics
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required for events
Prior experience in the wedding or hospitality industry is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
