We are seeking eager and motivated individuals looking to begin or expand a sales career. If you're knowledgeable in contracting and/or plumbing, that's a plus but not required
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Worly's products as a professional sales representative to all existing and prospective accounts.
The ideal candidate enjoys meeting and speaking with new people, and will develop and maintain productive, professional working relations with customers that allow sales goals to be achieved. Conduct sales calls to seek the placement of product in high volume areas. Ensure that customers are well satisfied with products and services. Make recommendations to management regarding promotions and sales projections. We'll train you and work with you to establish yourself as a top level Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new accounts and seek opportunities to increase existing ones.
- Conduct regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow-up on leads.
- Negotiate product placement to ensure high volume positioning.
- Ensure sales accounts are serviced in accordance with Worly standards and policies.
- Establish and maintain professional business relations with all vendors.
- Establish and maintain good communication, coordination, and working relations with other internal departments.
Skills & Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of plumbing supplies or building industry, and related industries, including Company products preferred but not required.
- Understanding of product positioning and competitive conditions.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Excellent sales abilities.
- Well organized and attentive to details.
- Problem solving abilities.
