Post-Sales Administrator London | £28,000 - £30,000 | Permanent Hours: Full-time, office-based (5 days per week)
Monday – Thursday: 2 days 11:00 am – 19:00, 2 days 10:00 – 18:00 Friday – 10:00 – 16:00 We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Post Sales Administrator to support a busy team in the heart of the City. This is a varied role where you’ll take ownership of the post-sales process, ensuring clients receive a seamless service while keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with senior management, handling client queries, managing documentation, and ensuring systems and records are always up to date. From processing payments and contracts to reconciling stock and preparing the sales team for their day, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the post-sale process including deposits, compliance, contracts, and records Responding to client queries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service Keeping CRM systems updated and accurate Reconciling stock and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets Supporting the sales team with their daily requirements General office administration including scheduling, filing, and assisting with projectsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in administration, operations, or client services (financial services, luxury goods, or fast-paced office environment a bonus) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills with sharp attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce ideal) Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesWhat’s on Offer
