About the Role

The Programs and Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in bringing our mission to life. This position supports the systems and logistics behind our programs, while also holding the relational experience of participants, practitioners, and community members with care.

We are looking for someone who is not only organized and dependable, but also relational, emotionally attuned, and aligned with our values. This role requires warmth, discretion, and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with people who may be navigating vulnerable moments in their lives.

  • Help create welcoming, well run, and relationally grounded in person experiences

Data, Reporting, and Stewardship

  • Collect and maintain program data across initiatives
  • Support basic reporting on participation, outcomes, and program activity
  • Maintain organized systems that support accountability and continuous learning

Who You Are

  • You are deeply aligned with our mission and values
  • You are relational, emotionally aware, and grounded in respectful communication
  • You are organized and reliable, with strong follow through
  • You are comfortable holding confidential and sensitive information
  • You can balance structure with humanity
  • You enjoy supporting others and helping complex systems run smoothly

Work Schedule and Environment

Hybrid role with in-person work required in the Phoenix area. Approximately 60-80 hours per month with occasional evenings or weekends for workshops and events.
