We are looking for a highly motivated Conversion Trainer with a strong Business Development focus to coach, train, and inspire our dealership teams. This role is responsible for improving lead conversion, appointment setting, and performance across our stores. You'll partner closely with store leadership and BDC managers to ensure best practices are implemented and sustained. Responsibilities

  • Train and coach sales/service BDC teams on effective communication, follow-up, and lead conversion techniques.
  • Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance customer engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Analyze CRM data and call metrics to identify coaching opportunities and performance trends.
  • Support onboarding (training) and ongoing development of BDC and internet sales teams.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to ensure consistent execution of processes and performance standards.
  • Provide real-time feedback and actionable insights to drive measurable results.
  • Assist in building and refining scripts, workflows, and communication templates.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, business development, or training roles (required).
  • Proven track record in improving lead conversion and appointment show rates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and phone performance metrics.
  • Ability to travel between dealerships as needed (within region).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
