Position Overview

Allen Maintenance Group (AMG), a dynamic provider of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and General Repair Services, is seeking a driven and motivated Business Development & Territory Sales Representative to grow our customer base and geographic footprint, while developing long-term client relationships. No prior sales experience is required— only a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the desire to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured onboarding and training program designed to set you up for success.
  • Track productivity and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Travel within assigned territory; regional travel and occasional after-hours/weekend work may be required to meet customer needs.
  • Develop new business while expanding existing customer relationships within assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers across multiple departments and organizational levels.
  • Promote new and under-utilized service offerings, aligning solutions with customer needs.
  • Effectively onboard new customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of services, pricing, expectations, and support processes.
  • Learn and understand AMG's business model, service delivery, cost structure, and value proposition.
  • Keep customers informed of internal changes and market conditions, including pricing, service speed, and terms.
  • Clearly communicate customer requirements, escalations, and service needs to internal operational teams.
  • Maintain daily activity tracking within CRM or similar systems.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Conduct market research, including analysis of competitors, trends, and customer needs.
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, lead generation, industry events and cross-selling.
  • Execute structured outbound strategies including phone outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up sequences.
  • Represent AMG in a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused manner at all times.

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Guaranteed Base Salary
  • Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
  • Multi-Year Commission Structure

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
