Job Overview
The Project Management Coordinator plays a key support role in organizing and managing digital, print, and web communications for the V Foundation's signature events. The Project Management Coordinator provides essential administrative and project support to ensure timelines, deliverables and workflows are completed accurately, efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards. The Project Management Coordinator will report directly to the Director, Project Management for Signature Events.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
50% Project Management Support
Participate in project meetings, compile notes, and distribute follow-up actions.
40% Event Image Auditing
10% Brand Development
Strong consideration will be given to candidates located in the preferred market areas (NC, VA, NY, NJ, and CT) due to the travel required for special events.

Please note that the salary range for this position is $54,000 - $60,340. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a role. Actual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, work location, internal pay equity, as well as market and business considerations.
